Together, they are introducing a multi-pan combo card, delivering a more seamless and user-friendly benefit experience for employees across the country.

The new combo card merges two of the most sought-after benefit categories, meal vouchers and multibenefit allowances, into one sleek solution. It enables flexible spending on essentials such as food, health, mobility, and education, while offering a seamless digital experience via Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay and Mastercard’s M4M.

All new Swile Brazil customers will receive the combo card at launch, with more than one million existing users set to benefit from the upgrade by mid-2026.

Delivered through a secure, digital-first platform powered by Enfuce, the combo card combines modularity, compliance, and scalability. It empowers employers to simplify programme administration while giving employees more control, convenience, and coverage, all through a single, secure card.

A smarter card for a digital-first future.
The Swile Card goes beyond traditional vouchers. It is a fully integrated, flexible payment solution that enables employees to use one card across a wide range of benefit categories, from food and commuting to wellness and remote work. It offers:
• Acceptance across millions of merchants nationwide.
• One unique PIN for card and mobile use.
• Full integration with Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Mastercard’s M4M.
• In-app management: activate, block or unblock, and track usage.
• A smooth onboarding experience for both HR teams and employees.

Built for Brazil. Proven in Europe.
Swile has been at the forefront of transforming employee benefits into inclusive, efficient, and user-friendly experiences. The launch of this new solution in Brazil reflects a growing demand for smarter, more flexible benefit programmes, designed to meet the diverse needs of today’s workforce and simplify programme administration for employers.

This rollout also marks the next chapter in a proven partnership. Swile and Enfuce first joined forces in 2023 to introduce a fully integrated benefits card in France, earning strong industry recognition for its innovation and human-centric design.

Expanding into Brazil builds on that success, while also representing Enfuce’s official entry into the Latin American market. It demonstrates the global readiness of Enfuce’s modular platform, capable of adapting to local regulations, cultural expectations, and operational complexity, without compromising on speed, scale, or user experience.

Monika Liikamaa, Co-CEO and Co-founder of Enfuce, said: “With Swile, we’re delivering something truly transformative, a secure, flexible, combo card that makes life easier for millions of people. This launch shows what our platform can do globally: adapt fast, scale confidently and improve everyday experience.”

Denise Johansson, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Enfuce, said: “Brazil is our first step into Latin America and towards expansion into North America. It’s proof that our modular platform can take on any regulatory landscape, in any market, and still deliver happiness with every transaction. We’re proud to support Swile in building the future of employee benefits, one card, one country, one breakthrough at a time.”

Bilal Aslam, Global Head of Card Issuing at Swile commented: “This partnership with Enfuce marks the next chapter in our shared vision to fast-track the digital transformation of employee benefits. By combining Swile’s human-centric innovation with Enfuce’s world-class payment infrastructure, we’re setting a new global standard for how benefits are delivered and experienced.”
