Bank AlJazira selects Diebold Nixdorf self-service software

Diebold Nixdorf (NYSE: DBD) announced today that Bank AlJazira, one of the leading financial institutions in Saudi Arabia, will deploy VCP-Lite 7, part of the company's latest generation multi-vendor self-service software family, Vynamic® Connection Points. Bank AlJazira is the first bank globally to implement VCP-Lite 7 on Microsoft® Windows® 11 using the DDC protocol across more than 400 DN Series® ATMs.

The new software platform supports a full set of transactions in both Arabic and English, enabling NFC transactions, and caters to both on-us and off-us customers. Installation and services are provided by Diebold Nixdorf's partner in Saudi Arabia, Alhamrani Universal.

VCP-Lite 7, a modern states and screens ATM application, enables Bank AlJazira to deploy on the latest Windows 11 operating system with long-term support well into 2034. The future-ready platform utilizes industry-standard protocols and modern APIs for quick connectivity to self-service networks and is certified to meet the latest compliance and regulatory requirements. With web extensions enabled, VCP-Lite 7 can seamlessly integrate the look and feel of digital channels, offering open options for an enhanced multichannel user experience.
