Focus, a leading provider of customer management solutions to the retail
financial services market, has signed its first contract with HSBC Bank plc.
This initial contract, worth £850k, relates to the provision of consulting and
development services, which will be carried out in the main in the first half of
FY2007, to assist in the scoping of requirements for a major new project being
undertaken by the Bank.
This project will involve the development of a multi-channel sales support
system to support HSBC's multi-tie distribution channel for life, pensions and
investment products and will be launched in 2007.
