"The SD-FX helpdesk is already available for clients 24-hours a day, but by making it accessible via Reuters is a real enhancement to our service," says Dani Weigert, Head of Support & Training at SuperDerivatives.

"Virtually everybody in the FX market is familiar with the Reuters Dealing 3000 system. Making the helpdesk available on it will prove particularly useful to our clients who do not speak such good English. They can submit their queries to us in exactly the same way they request quotes from counterparties, simply by typing ‘SDFX’ and we’ll respond in real-time," adds Weigert.

The new facility will be available to all SD-FX users with access to a Reuters terminal from June 1st. SD-FX is used by a wide variety of clients, ranging from global investment banks, such as Citibank, JP Morgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, Societe Generale, Commerzbank, and Mizuho, to central banks and corporate treasuries, such as IBM, Alcatel, Caterpillar and Ford. SD-FX is also used by leading accountancy firms and auditors, such as Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young, as well as hedge funds and single users.
