FNB Southeast selects Fincentric and inBusiness CRM system

Fincentric Corporation announced today that FNB Southeast has selected Fincentric and inBusiness Services to deliver an integrated lead presentment and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tracking system to its 17 retail branches and 120 frontline staff.
Fincentric's Leadbuilder and inBusiness' 360 View CRM solution will allow qualified leads to be communicated instantly to FNB Southeast's sales professionals to maximize the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.
