Fincentric Corporation announced today that FNB Southeast has selected Fincentric and inBusiness Services to deliver an integrated lead presentment and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tracking system to its 17 retail branches and 120 frontline staff.

Fincentric's Leadbuilder and inBusiness' 360 View CRM solution will allow qualified leads to be communicated instantly to FNB Southeast's sales professionals to maximize the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.

"Our combined solution will deliver targeted marketing messages right to FNB Southeast's frontline at the point of customer interaction," said Kevin Anderson, President of inBusiness Services. "An integrated Leadbuilder and 360ºView solution not only utilizes frontline service representatives for lead generation, it incorporates a CRM component to capture customer responses on a day-to-day basis."

"Fincentric and inBusiness have distinguished themselves as key players in the financial industry by providing superior software solutions," said Pressley Ridgill, President of FNB Southeast. "The client services interface will allow us to increase our understanding of our customer needs, respond to their needs faster and provide better advice to help them achieve their financial goals."

inBusiness Services' 360 View is a powerful CRM solution designed uniquely for financial institutions; enabling them to see a complete view of their customer's relationship. Leadbuilder enables financial institutions to engage their tellers, call centre or other frontline service representatives to deliver valid, targeted marketing campaign offers to customers during service interactions—resulting in greater lead referrals, sales effectiveness and revenue opportunities for the financial institution.

"With 22 years of expertise in technology for the financial industry, Fincentric developed Leadbuilder specifically for financial institutions that want to dramatically increase revenue by generating more leads at the point of customer interaction – when the customer is most open to considering offers," said Robert Nygren, President and CEO of Fincentric. "This partnership will enable FNB Southeast to develop deeper financial relationships with its clients, increasing share of wallet, customer retention and profitability."
