WBS’s custody service will provide Quai with reporting on corporate actions, dividends, and transfers with access to real time balances. Its automated dealing solution will widen asset reach while simplifying and streamlining asset servicing functions.

Commenting on the partnership, Graham Swan, Head of Business Development for WBS said: “We’re incredibly excited to be working with Quai to deliver our custody and automated execution services as their business continues to grow at pace. We’re confident that our flexible proposition will support Quai and its growing number of clients with their investment needs while fulfilling their regulatory obligations.”

Tony Webb, CEO of Quai added: “WBS was our chosen partner for the businesses’ expertise in delivering easily integrated and scalable wealth management solutions. This is all underpinned by first rate service which is key for us. By collaborating with WBS to provide a scalable trading infrastructure, we can focus on accelerating our own growth plans. This includes our recent acquisition of Intelligent Money as we look to strengthen the service and tech offering for our clients.”
