Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE:CSC) today announced that leading wealth management company AMP Limited has extended its relationship with CSC.
The new four-year, $146 million (AUD$200 million) contract extends the two companies' original engagement, which started in 1993, making it one of the longest running information technology (IT) strategic outsourcing relationships in Australia.
Under the new agreement, CSC will continue to provide desktop, network and mainframe maintenance and support, and selected mid-range services.
"We are pleased to extend our relationship with AMP," said CSC Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Van B. Honeycutt. "This agreement evidences our ability to deliver significant results and implement new technologies to help meet changing business requirements."
