BBH releases account inquiry application

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) has released Inquiry Manager, a Web-based communications application that allows clients to launch customised account inquiries and receive status updates.

BBH says it has already converted 80% of its global client groups to Inquiry Manager, with the remaining scheduled over the next quarter.

Clients accessing accounts online now have the option of submitting an inquiry directly using tools on the BBH Web site. BBH says this allows for fast and easy inquiry tracking and status updates. Queries are routed directly to BBH specialists, ensuring transparency to the client through quick turnaround.

The system provides real-time updates on inquiries, providing clients with complete visibility in tracking each query. The application features an intuitive Web interface and systematic routing of inquiries to issue experts.

Tracking and reporting functions enable users to monitor and track trends. The application also provides e-mail notification upon status changes and features advanced reporting options and a centralised data repository.

Andrew Tucker, BBH partner, says Inquiry Manager enables improved communications and faster resolutions: "Through the newly streamlined inquiry tracking process, clients can look forward to increased efficiencies and total online account management."

Inquiry Manager is a component of BBH's WorldView platform, which provides a single portal for client transactions, reporting and inquiry management.
