Banca Intesa (NY) has purchased Gifts' automated investigation and compensation system, Icsweb.
The New York office of the Italian bank has been using Gifts' funds transfer and cash management solutions since 2000 and more recently implemented the vendor's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Ofac solution, Giftsweb EDD.
Icsweb is designed to automate investigation and compensation cases received by the bank. The system is delivered with a Best Practices Rules Database and custom investigation templates that may be modified to suit individual bank procedures.
