BBH implements Volante technology for message entry tool

BBH says the new tool allows Infomediary users to manually input and repair instructional messages - including corporate actions messages, cancels and corrections - that would would otherwise have been communicated via fax or entered into proprietary workstations.

The messages are then delivered electronically to Swift and non-Swift custodians, prime brokers, accounting and transfer agents.

Rick Berk, CIO of Brown Brothers Harriman, comments: "Volante's model driven approach to build messaging applications is unique and certainly helped in rolling out our Web-based multi-party message entry application in record time."
