UK financial services firm Northern Rock is to roll out Lynx Wealth Management System's 4Series Private Banker application across both its Dublin office and its offshore operations in Guernsey.
Lynx says the implementation will provide a strong framework for straight-through processing (STP) and enable Northern Rock to manage its client operations more efficiently.
Clare O'Neill, operational director, Northern Rock, says: "We're moving to a fully Windows-compliant system which will enhance our user interface and give us the capability to exploit the benefits of the 4Series relational database."
Northern Rock already uses Lynx's online banking and client reporting system, 4Series.net. The system enables two way, online communication with customers and can be used for product and service marketing.
