Chase Manhattan has launched a dedicated investment banking Web site, dubbed Chasespace. The site has been set up to provide clients with customised proprietary content including research, streaming audio/video, market commentary, domestic and international equity prices and indices, bond prices and yields, news, interest rates, foreign exchange rates and more.
"ChaseSpace positions our team's intellectual capital and expertise at the fingertips of CEOs and CFOs around the world, whenever and wherever they need it," says Amy Stein, managing director and group head of Chase's investment banking internet group. "It is relevant to the busy corporate executive the very first time they use it, because we personalise the application. A major advantage for corporate decision-makers is that they can instantly access intelligence about a competitor, acquisition target or various securities markets while pursuing a corporate transaction."
