Tunisia's Amen Bank has selected the Symbols core banking software suite from System Access to run its banking operations.
Under the agreement, System Access will provide the full range of Symbols applications from customer delivery, through CRM to core processing of deposits, loans, trade finance and treasury.
French IT services company Steria has additionally been contracted to work collaboratively with Amen Bank and System Access Client Services to deliver the consulting work, implementation, customisation services, support and training. Steria will also provide translation services, converting Symbols' screen displays to French as the primary language for users of the system.
