Standard Life Bank licenses Graham Technology's GT-X for CRM

Standard Life Bank, the direct banking arm of the UK life assurer, is to use GT-X software and services from Graham Technology to manage customer interaction and relationships across multiple delivery channels.
The GT-X software solution will become the main system architecture for customer contact and CRM at Standard Life Bank, says Graham Technology, providing integration with databases across multiple touch points, call centre, Internet and introducers.
The software will also allow integration with marketing, sales, service and delivery functions to generate a single view of the customer.
