Iceland's Landsbanki is to deploy international payments processing software from Oslo-based Commercial Banking Applications (CBA) to support its cross-border payments operations.
Installation of CBA's Java-based IBAS Global Payment Factory package began in February and includes a number of applications from the vendor's Clean Payment STP product. The system is expected be live by the summer.
Landsbanki also uses CBA's IBAS applications for its financing and loan administration, vostro and nostro accounting and forex, money market and trade finance operations.
