AmerBank, which specialises in corporate and private banking, will use the Sanchez application for its deposit and lending activities.

Profile is an online, multi-currency core processing system that interfaces to legacy and third-party lending and payment systems.

Sanchez says all AmerBank branches will be networked to a main operations facility and will use its front office application, Profile for Windows, as a customer service platform. The vendor's FMS application will be used for general ledger and financial reporting and Sanchez CRM will provide users with a real-time, single-view customer relationship management system.

Frank Sanchez, CEO, Sanchez, says the solutions will enable AmerBank to gain significant operational cost savings while increasing efficiency.

The package is licensed through local contracter and Sanchez IT partner ComputerLand. The bank is Sanchez's sixth client in Poland and implementation of the system is expected to be completed in the next six months.
