Metavante Corporation, the financial technology subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation, has named Frank Martire as CEO and president, following the resignation of Joseph Delgadillo as chairman, president and CEO.
Martire joined Metavante in January 2003 as president of the financial services group.
He was previously president and COO at Call Solutions. From 1991 to 2001, Martire was president and COO for the financial institutions systems services group at Fiserv.
Prior to this he served as chairman and CEO of Citicorp Information Resources, until its merger with Fiserv. Martire joined the Citicorp unit through its merger with National Sharedata Corporation.
Delgadillo has been at Metavante since 1986 and held various positions before becoming president and CEO in 1998 and chairman of the board in January 2003.
