The Canadian arm of Italian bank IntesaBci has teamed with US e-transactions firm Global Payments to deliver card processing and account settlement services to its merchants.

Under the contract, Global Payments will provide card transaction services including point of sale (POS) products and card acceptance, processing and account settlement.
