Advent's Geneva solution delivers back office tools for accounting data, including multi-currency support, Single data model sub ledger and general ledger accounting and error correction.

The vendor adds that the system enbles clients to improve straight-through processing (STP)by delivering investment accounting data that is accurate from the outset.

Fixed income investment firm Fischer Francis Trees and Watts started implementation of the solution in April 2002 and went live with its first accounts in September 2002.

Michael Wyne, managing director, Fischer Francis Trees and Watts, says: "What made Advent's Geneva solution stand out was its ability to handle a wide and diverse array of global financial instruments, as well as its ability to rapidly incorporate new ones."

Advent says the system will be rolled out to new overseas markets by the end of 2003.
