Credit Lyonnais has deployed a CRM system based on Computer Associates International's (CA) CleverPath Aion Business Rules Expert product.
The CleverPath system uses a combination of business rules and market statistics to enable staff to match and market financial products to customers. In addition, consultants can view more than 100,000 records per day.
A joint CA services and Credit Lyonnais team have also developed a score management application, which includes a dozen decision trees, each of which contain business rules.

CA adds that the solution enables front-line salespeople to maximise every customer interaction.
