The UK's Yorkshire Building Society (YBS) has contracted with Sabio for the support of Avaya Definity V10 switches and communications infrastructure at its contact centres in Bradford.
YBS says its contact centres handle almost 30,000 customer interactions per week via telephone, email and Internet.
The centres run CMS and Elite software for 400 agents on Avaya's Definity G3r V10 Centrestage platform.
Mike McCluskie, Network Services Manager, Yorkshire Building Society, says: "Sabio gives us all the technical support we need to keep our service available 24/7, and can advise us on how to keep improving our service in the future."
Under the terms of the contract, Sabio will provide technical support and advice for both sites through locally-based account managers and help desk telephone support from its Sheffield office.
