New Jersey-based Valley National Bank has licensed Surecomp's NetImex Web-based trade finance solution for its corporate clients.
Kermit Dyke, first senior vice president, Valley National Bank, says the move is an integral part of the bank's plans to expand its trade finance operations in the local tri-state area.
"NetImex will offer our clients the opportunity to access their trade finance business through the Internet 24 hours a day," adds Dyke.
The bank previously implemented Surecomp's IBSnet trade finance system for its back office operations.
