Refco Group is to use technology from derivatives software house Future Dynamics to provide customised clearing services to its institutional client base.
Under the terms of the agreement Future Dynamics will supply Refco with its client access Web portal Load&Go, and management reporting solution Topline. In addition, FDL has been contracted to develop a number of customised information delivery modules.
William Sexton, EVP and chief operating officer of Refco Group, says FDL was selected for the project because of its track record in large systems integration projects. The firm's component-based approach, which entails close collaboration with Refco clearing professionals, also found favour.
