UK CRM vendor AIT is partnering with Kawatetsu Systems (KSI) to develop a Kanji-based version of its flagship product Portrait, aimed at the Japanese market.
KSI, AIT's channel partner in the region, says several large companies are interested in using the Portrait system and the Kanji translation is a requirement for the Japanese market.
"Flexibility is a major benefit of Portrait, allowing companies to easily tailor and configure applications," adds Asano.
Based on its customer interaction management (CIM) software, AIT says Portrait enables firms to improve customer acquisition, treatment and retention. Existing clients include Rainier Pacific Bank in the US and the UK's Nationwide Building Society.
KSI supplies systems to the Japanese contact centre market and has over 50 customers.
