Latvia's Multibanka has implemented TietoEnator's Transmaster solution to support its card issuing, acquiring and processing operations.
TietoEnator says the new software will provide the bank with more control over its payments processing operations.
Mihails Popovs, head of payment cards, Multibanka, adds that the system will also allow the bank to migrate to EMV standard smart cards.
Transmaster handles the complete cycle of payment card processing, from issuing to e-payment operations via the Web and mobile phones.
