Market data vendor Tullett Financial is to deliver its new MortgageMarker data service over Reuters' 3000Xtra desktop, BridgeStation and North American capital markets fixed income products.
Tullett says MartgageMarker combines its real-time prices from the mortgage backed pass-throughs market with live trade information.
David Mukerji, director and global head of sales, Tullett Financial, says the service has been created for fixed-income market professionals who require an independent fair value price reference.
"Combined with realtime yield calculations and live spreads to Tullett interest rate swaps and Treasury yields, MortgageMarker is the definitive decision support tool for mortgage backed pass-throughs," adds Mukerji.
MortgageMarker includes intuitive composite and sector page displays on over 350 issues as well as logical records for integration into spreadsheets and other internal applications.
Glenn Wright, VP, fixed income, Reuters describes the deal as another move forward for price transparency in the fixed income markets.
