Dresdner Kleinwort Benson is to use e-business integration software from Neon to assist in the Web-enablement of its front and back office trading systems.
Neon's Shadow Direct product will be used by the London-based merchant bank to integrate back office applications with front office operations, offering security, audit tracking, and transaction level support in a Web-enabled solution, says the company.
The system is to be used in the bank's 'ops/tracker' service, an operationally-focused online tool, providing clients with 24x7 real-time information about trades, and believed to be among the first products of its type to be offered to clients by an investment bank.
