Des Moine, Iowa-based Wells Fargo Financial says it expects to roll the system out to between 500 and 1000 staff over the next year.

The Web-based application will provide staff with access to financial and customer profile information and an interactive reporting system to help make sound lending, loan portfolio, and marketing campaign decisions.

Brio say the IBM DB2 data mart is the primary source of customer and marketing information, which includes customer and prospect Fair Issac credit scores.

Randy Yarrow, risk analyst, Wells Fargo Financial, says: "With Brio, decision-makers control how deep they delve into data, from viewing summary-level graphs and charts to drilling deep into specific transaction details."

Brian Gentile, executive vice president, Brio Software, adds: "Giving its remote decision-makers access to critical information and analysis for improved lending decisions drives business performance and directly delivers results to the bottom line."
