Part of the vendor's flagship IMS for Windows suite of products, InContact can be used on a stand-alone basis or as part of a complete STP solution.

Built on Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database, the product provides Web-based order entry and management for users of Indata's Precision Trading system, including online trading blotter and real-time execution views.

In addition, the system provides comprehensive portfolio management, online client statements, performance and attribution and browser-based CRM functionality.

David Csiki, managing director, Indata, says the system provides clients with robust technology and the flexibility for professionals across an organisation or in remote locations to quickly access data.
