CheckFree Financial and Compliance Solutions is to market and distribute Evare's financial data aggregation product DataDirect to its customers.
Massachusetts-based Evare gathers data through a network of direct links with financial institutions and normalises and delivers it via the Web or through third-party feeds, such as CheckFree's reconciliation and compliance solutions.
Evare says its data aggregation services provide customers with a complete picture of financial activities and holdings, including DDA, custody, trust and brokerage.
Mark Zill, senior vice president and general manager, CheckFree Financial and Compliance Solutions, says the partnership will provide firms with a comprehensive suite of data services and automated reconciliation solutions that "further enables STP and operational efficiencies with the potential for a rapid return on investment".
