Fiserv subsidiary IPS-Sendero is to integrate Comshare's corporate performance management (CPM) software with its own products.
Under the deal, Atlanta-based risk management and profitability measurement outfit IPS-Sendro will ship Comshare's corporate performance application, Comshare MPC, which includes budgeting, planning, forecasting, financial consolidation, management reporting and analysis modules.
David Ulrich, president, IPS-Sendero, says financial firms are embracing CPM systems to share data and generate action-focused information across the enterprise.
"By introducing Comshare's multifaceted CPM software into the mainstream of our financial product offerings, we offer our customers a combined solution that is extremely flexible, scalable and easy to use," he adds.
Comshare says the partnership will reap benefits for firms that require an integrated, closed-loop CPM system.
