Czech bank Ceska Sporitelna has deployed Documentum's enterprise content management (ECM) platform to manage online content across the enterprise.
Ceska Sporitelna has been working with Documentum's technology partner Efcon CS to launch Servis-24, its online consumer banking service. In addition the bank has integrated the ECM platform with SAP's general ledger application and other front and back end systems as part of an internal credit risk management initiative I*Net.
Pavel Vesely, IT architecture and development manager, Ceska Sporitelna, says: "Documentum offers a solid platform for managing content and processes through various channels such as the Internet, intranets and our internal systems."
The bank adds that Documentum was selected for its easy integration with existing enterprise applications and ability to fully automate business processes across the enterprise.
"We will integrate our existing systems with the Documentum ECM platform, making Documentum the basis of our entire IT infrastructure," says Vesely.
