UnitedTrust Bank has renewed its multi-services outsourcing contract with New York BPO company Bisys.
Under the multi-year renewal Bisys will continue to provide the $2.9 billion commercial bank with enterprise-wide information processing.
Bisys says the contract was extended after it successfully migrated UnitedTrust acquisition Vista Bank to its core banking platform.
"We also migrated to in-house imaged item processing with Bisys cheque imaging platform at the same time," adds UnitedTrust's senior vice president of technology and operations, Joanne Herb.
