Ariel Capital Management has selected Macgregor's financial trading platform (FTP) to automate its equity trading and provide users with FIX connectivity.
The Chicago-based firm will deploy the portfolio management, compliance and Macgregor FIX Network (MFN) components of the package.
James Atkinson, chief financial and administrative officer, Ariel Capital Management, says: "Macgregor was the only vendor that could offer us a complete FIX solution that included the FIX software, network and the resources necessary to certify and support all of our broker connections."
