Zuercher Kantonalbank (ZKB), the fourth-largest bank in Switzerland, is to consolidate legacy systems and integrate its core banking operations using the mySAP package from enterprise resource vendor SAP.
The Swiss bank expects the move to the mySAP package will improve the flexibility of its operations and help smooth the introduction of new accounts, products and special offers for different customer segements.
The win is an important one for SAP, raising its credibility among top tier banks and providing a key reference site for large bank legacy migration projects.
