PNC Financial Services has appointed Computershare Investor Services as its global stock transfer agent.
Under the agreement, Australia-based Computershare will provide services to approximately 53,000 registered PNC shareholders, including dividend reinvestment plan administration, through its proprietary Scrip technology platform.
