The Banking and Payments Authority of Kosovo (BPK), has selected i-flex's flagship core banking solution Flexcube to centralise its banking operations.
N.K. Raman, senior vice-president, global sales, i-flex solutions, comments: "As the banking sector emerges in this territory, Flexcube is likely to gain entry in other banks as well as in banks from the neighbouring countries."
BPK, which functions as a central bank, was established by the UN Mission in Kosovo and is currently responsible for the licensing and supervision of seven banks and financial institutions.
