Yodlee and NIWS to co-market OnCenter solution in Japan

Account aggregation vendor Yodlee is teaming up with NIWS, a joint venture between IBM Japan and Nomura Research Institute, to market and distribute its OnCenter software to financial institutions in Japan.

The OnCenter service gathers user account data from multiple online accounts and compiles it into one standard format. The system allows users to access and manage multiple online accounts, including online banking, investment and credit card accounts, on one web page, using only one password.

Yodlee says that more than three million consumers worldwide currently use the service which is licensed by more than 150 financial firms throughout the US, UK and Australia.
