Citibank Russia is to install ATMs, Internet kiosks and telephone banking facilities at all British Petroleum (BP) service stations across Moscow.

Citibank recently announced the launch of retail banking for Russian consumers and the opening of its first consumer branch in Moscow.

The new facililties comply with the bank's promise to deliver 24-hour banking services to Russian consumers. The multi-channel offering will enable Citibank credit card holders to withdraw and deposit roubles or dollars, check account balances, transfer funds, obtain statements and change PINs.

Card holders from other banks will be able to use the ATMs to withdraw cash.

The banking services are currently available at six BP stations, with a further four expected to be operational by the end of 2002 and the remainder next year.
