US-based Regions Bank has implemented Findur, OpenLink's interest rate derivative products platform, at its trading centres in Birmingham, Atlanta and Memphis.

Dan Meade, senior vice president, capital markets trading, Regions Bank, says: "Findur provides us with advanced interest rate derivative product functionality and an ability to support our expansion into other areas of capital markets."

OpenLink says the sale of the front-to-back-office package to Regions Bank opens the door to the competitive US regional bank market.
