UK-based Card Tech (CTL) has signed a licensing agreement with Russia's International Moscow Bank (IMB) for its Fraudguard product.

The system will be used in conjunction with CTL's card and merchant management solution Prime, to detect and manage fraudulant transactions on IMB cards.

CTL, which has more than 150 clients in 60 countries, says IMB is the first bank in Russia to license Fraudguard.
