Commonwealth Bank of Australia is to implement Printcafe's EnterpriseSite system to manage its print procurement across the enterprise.
The e-procurement system automates the print procurement process and includes automated tools allowing users to generate project specifications, request and approve quotations, select vendors, manage print jobs and collaborate with suppliers online.
Ross Peoples, general manager, group procurement, Commonwealth Bank, says: "The EnterpriseSite will enable the Bank to collaborate both internally and with suppliers and we expect to realise significant time and cost savings through improved visibility."
The bank adds that the system was recommended by its procurement service provider Cyberlink.
