Dregis, the global IT services division of Germany's Dresdner Bank, has rolled-out Peregrine Systems' ServiceCenter product across the company's offices in London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Frankfurt and New York.
The implementation comes 12 months after the company first introduced Peregrine's IT infrastructure and operations management solution, which is currently being used to support more than 500 Dregis' employees worldwide.
