Belgium-based wealth management CRM vendor Customer Dialogue Systems has folded after failing to raise a third round of financing.
The company, which listed Deutsche Bank, SEB, Gerling and Dexia among its customers, was looking for EUR5 - EUR10 million for a sales and marketing push for its Assetplanner software.
In its last financing round in November 2001, the group raised EUR8m in a private placement led by RobecoLab and including existing shareholders Gilde IT Fund, Deutsche Venture Capital Gesellschaft, Advanced Technology Ventures and chairman and CEO Yannick Loop.
The outlook for the company's intellectual property and assets is uncertain. The company's Web site and phone lines have been disconnected and suppliers to the group have reported receiving bankruptcy notices.
