South Africa's Absa Bank has gone live with technology from Mosaic Software and mobile service provider Cell C that enables users to top-up mobile phone accounts at its ATMs.
The voucherless service enables users to select any recharge value from R35 to R500 rather than pre-determined amounts.
Transactions, reporting, settlement and reconiliations are processed by Mosaic's Postillian system which is installed on a Stratus ftServer and manages the interface to the Cell C IN system.
