UK-based Kensington Mortgage Company has selected Rossbank Telenet Services to provide third party processing services to support its national accounts business. The system will be supported by London Bridge Software's Vectus platform.
Kensington says it is working with Rossbank to develop underwriting systems that will improve service to all mortgage introducers in the non-conforming market.
Using London Bridge's Vectus platform, Rossbank says it will offer mortgage origination and packaging services for Kensington's national account channel.
The deal is part of Kensington’s strategy of increasing business volumes to its main packager channel by broadening distribution.
John Maltby, chief executive, Kensington Mortgage, comments: "We are confident that Rossbank’s capabilities complemented by London Bridge's software will be able to meet growing demand, while serving our existing customer base to the high standards they expect."
London Bridge Software says the outsourcing contract is its first in the UK.
