Trading systems vendor FNX Limited (FNX) has teamed with NTT Data to roll out a Japanese language-based version of its Sierra ASP solution to Hokuriku and Ashikaga Banks.
The system will enable the Japanese banks to process interest rate products, FX swaps and FX options for deal entry, transaction management, risk analysis and management.
Officials at Hokuriku say the bank will now be able to deal with complicated and diversified derivative products while meeting customers' detailed requirements.
Ashikaga Bank adds that the system will provide consolidated data management and STP capabilities to link the front, middle and back offices. Ashikaga's daily system operations will be managed by NTT Data.
FNX announced its partnership with NTT Data for the distribution and maintenance of Sierra ASP in the spring of 2002.
