The National Bank of Canada has selected Fiserv's Custom Outsourcing Solution (COS) to provide back office and ASP services at its New York State operations.

In the back office, Fiserv will provide all deposit operations functions including opening and maintaining accounts, customer relationships and system reconcilement.

Fiserv's ASP services will replace the bank's current IBM iSeries platform.

The bank says it will also expand its data and item processing operations in New York State with Fiserv, as part of the multi-year agreement.
