Brief: Swedish central bank adopts Simcorp's TMS2000

Sweden's national bank, Sveriges Riksbank, is to enter into a licence and implementation agreement for SimCorp's investment management system TMS2000.

The bank expects to sign the agreement, which is subject to EU rules for the award of public service contracts, on 1 November 2002.

TMS2000 will be used by the bank in an effort to create a straight-through processing (STP) environment for its 40 users in front, middle and back office.
