Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) has implemented Sanchez's real-time bank transaction processing solution Profile, for corporate banking customer and deposit operations at its Los Angeles office.
The system has also enabled the bank to merge its Los Angeles and New York account database systems.
Sanchez Profile is an online multi-channel core bank processing system for deposits and loans and other financial services.
Peter McCormick, chief information officer, SMBC, says: "Sanchez solutions have helped SMBC streamline operations and deliver cost-effective services."
The bank has replaced its legacy core processing components with the Sanchez solution in New York, London and Brussels, as part of its ongoing global integrated system (GIS) initiative.
